time for commitment!

time for commitment!

today, I got myself a sketchbook and made a nice (I think) cover for it. finally! I plan on taking it with me wherever I go so I can draw on the train or during boring lectures at uni…. no more excuses! go forth and doodle, I tell myself! and keep doodling! don’t quit! you want to get better? practice, practice, practice!

btw, the cover is a small, alternative version of my piece Kaitaa.

  1. Yay! Well done and did I hear you say you like the cover. That’s great, I like it too. I wish I could stay committed to do a drawing each day. Just think how good I would become. lol…. Good luck it is a great thing to do.

  2. I’ve been doing the same thing, dragging my sketchbook everywhere and it actually has me drawing and the creative wheels turning again. I’ve never actually filled every single page in a sketchbook before… but I think it might happen at this rate. Yay. Good luck w/ yours and keep it up!

    • since this is my first sketchbook, I have no idea if I’m going to be able to keep myself motivated, but I really hope so. haven’t taken it anywhere yet, because I haven’t left the house the last couple of days. planning on taking it on trip tomorrow, though 🙂

I'd like to hear what you think about it
